Kata Nori is built around an intimate U-shaped bar seating experience where each hand roll is crafted to order and presented directly by the chef.
To preserve the rhythm of service and ensure every guest receives the full experience, reservations are limited to parties of six and operate within a 90-minute dining window.
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, though we recommend reserving in advance.

All food service is offered exclusively at the bar, where guests sit front row as each roll is prepared and served directly across from the chef.
Cocktails, sake, beer, and drinks may be enjoyed at the counter or in our lounge seating area.
Due to our limited capacity and to ensure the best possible experience for all guests, dining reservations operate within a 90-minute window.
We highly recommend reserving in advance, especially during peak hours.
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
